I rescently picked up a cheap entry level beater kit for band practice. It's got the Pearl style tom mounts on it that slide all around (go figure). I was thinking about changing the the BD mount out to this one from Drummaker. http://www.drummaker...nishes.htm&-new (Part #5227). Does anyone know if the mounting holes are standard on something like this?

Cool! That's what I was hoping to hear. The drums sound pretty good for what they are. They came with coated EC2's. I'm hoping to just replace the mounts for now. Done the road I want to replace it with something that I can gig with if I want.

I think it's a Legion. 4pc for $150. Worked for me.

Yeah, then J-Dub is right I believe, Pearl sizes seem to be the standard. As long as they aren't metric.
